Low Carb BBQ Bacon Wrapped Delicata Squash – I’m fairly certain I could make an entire meal out of these alone. I use Delicata Squash (yes you can eat the skin), wrapped in bacon, and seasoned with Code 3 Spices Backdraft rub. Slow roasted and smoked on the grill (or in your oven) for the perfect side or appetizer. I brush em at the end with a little patriot sauce and then right before serving. Heaven on every bite and only 1 net carb/ piece.
