This recipe is from Ms. Paula who is called @queenofthegrill.  Spatchcock Beer Chicken with spicy ranch beer dipping sauce is a MUST try!!!

Season your chicken with @code3spices 5-0 Rub.

Preheat your grill to 350 F using hickory or cherry wood.

Place an aluminum pan on the grill grates and pour beer of your choosing.  (She prefers Miller Lite). Place rack on top and let the beer heat up.

Place the chicken on top of the rack and grill until a minimum internal temp of 165 F.

Baste the chicken with beer about every 15 minutes after 30 minutes.

Sauce the chicken with Frank’s Red Hot hot sauce.

Serve your Spatchcock Beer Chicken with Spicy Ranch Beer sauce for dipping. *Mix Frank’s Red Hot hot sauce, Kraft Ranch dressing, & beer to taste.
