Spicy Keto Crack Slaw (egg roll in a bowl)

Code 3 Spices Spicy Keto Crack Slaw (egg roll in a bowl)

Servings: 6 people approximately

Recommended Ingredients:

Any of your favorite Code 3 Spices blends (We suggest Backdraft Hot and Smokey Blend)

1 pound of ground beef (or ground meat of choice)

2 teaspoons of minced garlic

1/2  onion (chopped)

1/2 teaspoon of crushed red pepper

2 tbsp of sesame oil

1 1/2 tablespoons of worcestershire sauce

2 tablespoons of soy sauce

1 tsp of grated ginger

2 tbsp of teriyaki sauce

1 bag of coleslaw (shredded) or a cabbage (shredded)

(We also added some veggies we had on hand: red pepper, baby bella mushrooms, chopped broccoli florets)  Any of your favorites will work.

Instructions:

Put ground beef in a skillet to cook.

Add minced garlic and sliced onion (and any other veggies you are adding).

Allow meat to brown. Drain fat, if you choose.

Add in soy sauce, teriyaki, sesame oil, ginger, and crushed red pepper. Mix well.

Once meat is browned and vegetables are tender, mix in the bag of coleslaw (or your own shredded cabbage). Cook until cabbage is just starting to tender. I like the cabbage to still have a little crunch in it.

This is a great alternative for anyone on a low carb diet.  It can also easily modified for our vegan and vegetarian fans.
